After negative appeal,,can you enter canada Ilegal?

Express entry is basically a points system for immigration (age, education level, language level, work experience, etc...) CIC ranks all the applicants based on their points and those with the highest points get a visa--the process doesn't usually take more than 6 months, here's a link where you...

    Question for intelligent minds

It's a good thing that you didn't declare your marriage in India, because had you done so, you wouldn't have been able to ever sponsor your partner since you didn't include her in your PR application. I think that the next best option would be to get married again, register your marriage and...

After negative appeal,,can you enter canada Ilegal?

I think that another option would be for you to apply through express entry and come on your own.

    Romanian Timeline - In Process

I ordered my GCMS notes and I should be getting them in early November, so we'll see what it says. I checked my emails from CIC and my application was received by the Bucharest office on August 23th and ECAS says they started processing it on August 30th, so hopefully that means that they are...

Thanks for your reply. My application also states "we started processing your application on August 30th", so does that mean they're working on it?

Did you apply for express entry or family sponsorship? If for express entry, this is the wrong threat to post in as it refers to sponsorship only.

    Second cousin sponsorship

Your cousin can only sponsor his/her spouse, parents or children.

wife pregnant during PR spousal sponsorship

If you're a Canadian citizen, the baby would automatically be a citizen as well. If not and if s/he's born before your application is processed, then you'd have to add them as a dependent. In this case, please make sure you do it, or you will never be able to sponsor your child.

Canadian Citizen Stuck with her husband in Syria because of CIC

Well, you just said you don't want your application being processed faster than applications from other countries, you just want yours to be processed at the same speed as those from refugees. So which one is it?

Canadian Citizen Stuck with her husband in Syria because of CIC

Well, no, that's not fair. However, the times for my country (Romania) went up because they started taking applications from countries in the Middle East. I was expecting my straight forward application to take no longer than 7 months, but now, it might take double that (hopefully not though...

Canadian Citizen Stuck with her husband in Syria because of CIC

I've debated saying something on this thread, but here goes. You are not stuck in Syria because of CIC, you are stuck in Syria because you want to be there, you have the option to go back to Canada, but instead, you actively choose to remain in a war torn country (not CIC's fault, but your own)...

    Romanian Timeline - In Process

I think your country's standard processing times apply and just because it is processed in Romania, it does not mean that the processing times for Romania will apply to your case. For example, processing times for Romanian citizens is 13 months but for Jordanian citizens it is 23 months, so...

They are mostly worried if your marriage is genuine and if you're not just after a Canadian visa. We submitted our application on July 4th, got Sponsorship Approval on August 18th and they started processing the principal applicant's application on August 30th. We submitted the medicals with our...

Why are you so worried about your application being send to the Bucharest office? From what I've seen, applications with no red flags are processed within 6-7 months.

    39 year age gap

I would just redo the medical exam and hope for the best! They could have already taken a positive decision in your case, but are just waiting for the new medical exams to send you the visa :)

I don't know, personally, I would have waited to gather more proof and then I would have applied. They might see the new proof as uncertainty in your application and they might also believe that it's a marriage of convenience. However, Romania is part of the EU and you could live in any country...

I don't think you should have send them additional proof without them asking you for it; I think it made your application look suspicious and maybe that's why it's taking them so long. Another red flag could be the 28 year age gap between you and your spouse. You should contact the Romanian...
