I believe you can write it on a piece of paper and make sure your signature match the one on your passport. get one notarized also to be safe !

Hello Trust123, It's illegal to send passport through mail out of India. Best options is if you can travel there. second is you can write an authorization letter and ask a friend or family to carry passport for you to Canada. Regards,
