The only way to send passport out of India is to send it with a person with an authorization letter. Buffalo will not return PP back to India, they can only send to US and Canada. Make sure, your friend/relative will be ready to bring PP back after stamping.

if medicals were not done, it is most likely negative decision or there might be some technical issue from cic. Wait for your letter

Thanks for reply PMM. But you cannot mail passports outside India via mail? U think I should go and get it then and get authorization letter from my wife? NY office will mail them back in Canada, right? I will then send them to India?
