That´s very good news! CIC started processing my application on February 2013 also, I hope we´ll get an invitation to write the test soon. Good luck to all of us. Keep us informed, it will be good to know when you receive the letter.

Let´s hope so, we all need a little more consideration and to be treated fairly.
