Re-evaluation never goes below the original score ! either you'll get an increase along with evaluation-fee back, or it'll remain unchanged with no refund !

I've read it on some forum; people were discussing about EOR After re-checking, if any of the band scores you've applied for is increased, you'll also get a re-fund of the EOR fee; otherwise not but your post-eor score will never be lowered than the original one
