Did you use standard card stock paper? Do not use the regular bond paper. Another option is this website: http://www.newyorkfingerprints.com/ink_fingerprinting.html They have their own fingerprint cards and you can do the ink prints there as well. Hope this helps.

Cando, if you are in Canada, then the FBI requirement does not apply to you, unless you have previously resided in the US for more than 6 months. If the latter is the case, then one of the UPS stores can do your prints for you, which you can get on the same day, you can mail the prints along...
