Actually you can write a letter explaining your efficiency in English langauge. I was in same dilemma. When I sent my application, sent a letter explaining my education and my 8 years experience in US. Recently received PPR and sent it for visa stamping. Home this helps.

In my opinion as long as your experience letter says you are a project manager with the responsibilities and the time line that should be fine. One more suggession: if you have a visiting card with designation, attatch that one as well. Even if it was for your role in India. Hope this helps.
