You can complain to anyone. You may get a good result or nothing at all. It doesn't make your case worse.

erdem, I'm really sorry. Have they stamped your forms with any date? If so, apply again with corrected forms and stamped ones. The may send a routine pre-prepared answer for all rejected applications... (You can apply under new rules...) Try it. Good luck
