1)Its best to apply online as processing time reduce drastically by it. Also it provides nice portal through which you can apply which minimize the mistakes. 2)when I applied for visitors in last November online, i got visa approval in 5 days and next 7 day to get my passport stamped. so total...

check this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_E_dq_uLVo sponcer can apply notes. you need to sign consent form and send it to your sponcer.(scan copy will do). while filling the application sponcer has to attach consent form to it. you will get the notes in exactly 30 days.

Hello all, I got reply from NVDO... I can submit my passport to delhi.......... I was really in panic mode since last Thursday when i got PPR But Thank god............tuesdays have been good for me... IP,DM and now this reply.. all on Tuesdays.......... Thanks to all of you who supported...

Yes...I think I will wait till this Friday...if not will ask VSF to send the passport to delhi...Lets hope for best.

What I can do is...go to VFS and ask them to send the passport to delhi with the PPR mail & my personal letter saying that I am indian and VSF cant send passport to islamabad....so it seems mistake and hence sending passport to delhi as there is no reply from your side on mails..... Will it help?

I have called NVDO and talked with counselor again she said only way of communication is by mail. Immigration doesnt take any queries on phone or in person. really stuck......................
