What this mean, CIC website shows 23 application received so far for 2281 NOC. according to excel file of this forum it is appr. 90. What is correct data. What approx date to reach cap for 2281? Is it going to reach by Aug 2014 end?

Can anyone tell till date how many applications received for NOC code 2281. Any guess, when can cap reach for this NOC.

Sorry but I am not coveyince with this analysis. There are so many factor, people has to give IELTS, and they are waiting for TRF card also, you can feel gear up the numbers from Sep onwards. So please dont count like this.
