yes you are right,the letter was issued to my employer only. he just forward the same letter. it mention my name ,employer name,contact person & address. also its written that we received your application on 1st feb 2012, and we are processing your application it will take around 12-16 weeks...

NO.... you must have positive lmo with application ...!!!

if not sure ask your employer .... or agent ... as i am sure nobody wait for almost 2 months in home country after getting visa. best of luck !!!

october 2011 was the month i got job offer ...then lmo applied in feb 2012... and 13th august i got letter from service canada ...only last week my agent told me that we now got lmo ...!!!

my agent also told me same ..they got lmo but they need to contact employer for the new offer letters ..!!! i am also waiting since october 2011... !!! and there are 1000's applicants from india like us waitng ...so just chill and be positive..!!S :P :P 8) 8)

i dont know about Manitoba... but my employer applied on 1st Feb 2012 from toronto i got letter on 13th august that my application is received.. but till now no response for positive LMO.

i think you can show them your application status and tell that your passport is already with embassy, use your passport photocopy and your civil id of uae

mine was applied 1st feb 2012 for toronto ... then got letter from service canada on 13 august... and today its 22 September no answer till now... delhi

i have same case .. my noc is also 6453... and applied lmo from toronto on 1st feb 2012... the file number issued on 13 aug 2012... no further updates till today .

what was your job code u applied in Canada, and do you have related experience in same field.

better be ready ... with your result approx when u are going to apply for work permit ... who knows they will ask you for your ilets score they way they ask to karan... and its not waste to give test for sure it will help u in future ..the result will be valid for 2 years.

if your job falls in the list of level O,A,B ... they may ask for ilets score.

My employer applied lmo on 1st feb 2012 ... got file number on 13th august .... when i can expect the final result. please share your time line also.
