from what ihv noticed (i maybe wrong) they change it to inprocess once they have a complete file so after all the doc requests are complete.

has it ever worked for you in the past? i know right now they have technical problems and a lot of people are complaining about ecas not workin. mine isnt workin either, not that it would have n e positive news :'(

hi tsichi, i have updated ur details in the spreaDSHEET. yes inquiri definately helped your case, i think the way it works is if once your file is complete they mark it as in process on ecas. atleast thats what ive noticed.
