why would u need a letter from ur HR in the application to CIO? Was it meant to support your application? Not needed ; this is needed only with the full application package. Hence, with business card or not , CIO wouldnt consider the letter at all at this stage as long as you have filled up...

dont worry mdarji , u will get it soon . i think the applications recd in july are being processed now and its just a matter of time before u hear from them. it probably varies on a case to case basis and depends on the officer who is assigned that particular case. i believe u shud get it...
