For PR cases its bottom adress of Immigration section will be applicable and for toursit visa its VFS Address. still confirm it

dont bind them just take big envolp place all papers in it with the help of paper clip only doont bind or staple anything and dont paste six photos anywhere just tag them with clip

You need not to worry at all . just go through ur medicals and doctor will sent them to cic which eventually will go to otawa i think and whole process of checking ur reports and all will take 3 months. Thats what i have read in post somewhere
