hi Anil K, I received a email this afternoon from NY consulate regarding my passport status. Here is a email from NY Consulate:- Dear Sir, The visas were issued on Feb 22 2013. The package will be sent out shortly. I don't know What is the actual meaning of shortly. Thanks Gary8615

My medical will expire in march 2014. Orginally my medical was expired on march 1st 2013 but I received one email from NY consulate and they mentioned in email my medical expiration date 1st march 2014. Thanks Gary8615

Yes, NY consulate changed my ecas to decision made. According to ecas " A decision has been made on your application and concerning office will contact you about decision ". NY consulate is taking too much time to mailing the packages. Still waiting . Thanks Gary8615
