Any news from Accra?? this thread is dead :( Has anyone applied in August/September 2014? It would be nice if we share our experiences and give each other support.. Maybe silence means that there is no one applying from Accra ? :P and there is no Back log?

How long was it after you got approved as a sponsor when you heard from Accra?

I wonder if they work slower in the Holiday season.. I guess we lose a few working days..

Thank you obannobi. I agree if things are in order, then it shouldn't take long. I actually think what Ghanaboy said is true, when you don't hear from them, it's probably because things are going well and the next notification could be that they want your passport. I wish I was in this forum...

It's weird because the website says 16 months, you're way past that. I don't understand then how some people on here got their stuff in 5-6 months. Can someone explain? why the website says 16 months but things seem to be moving fast for some.
