I think it depends on what province and stream you are applying for. For example if you apply for Nova Scotia Express Entry, they require a score of 6.0 in every test and total band score. If given a chance that the Principal applicant goes to Canada first before his dependents, will CIC requires that his declared accompanying dependents should follow him to Canada right away? Or is there alloted time to go to Canada once PR visa is given?
