great job big mike, yes i believe you are correct it is still 2 months if they took the one I sent on january, but like you said canadianwannabe got a reply soon so i believe they are working in all of our cases right now again good luck to everyone....

@ candiur: i sent the first application back on january, then the second one at the end of january but it reached their office on feb. 3, but keep your eyes open because I'm pretty sure you will get an answer soon it might not be this week probably in one or two weeks but it looks like they are...

well my papers were received by the sydney office on feb. 3 so i haven't heard from the CIC office yet so I can't send my papers to the caracas embassy until i get the letter from sydney. Have you talked to the embassy in caracas?
