We are going to try to call other doctors to see the prices,but probably going to see this one in our town because of husbends work we can't realy go to the other towns. Do I have to take form IMM 5419E with me?

They asked for my health card,and when I said thath I don't have any since I'm not pr they looked at each other and said that in that case I have to pay 300$ to them,and 429$ to the hospital. I mean we are going to pay since we don't have any other options,just felt wierd reading other people...

We too think that it is very high,but I have no other doctor here.And they ask for cash only.

I just got realy cold shower! :o Went to doctor to make appointment for medical and the cost is 300$ for doctor and 429$ for hospital. I don't have health card as I'm not pr,I'm here as a visitor so probably that's the reason for so much money,but again I saw a lot smaller prices here.

Ok,another question: do I put mom,dad and brother in Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)? In generic application form 3 question is how many family members including you are in this app? do i put only myself,or do they go to? does the sponsor count in that number? Also I'am inland so...
