I think you can get more update NOTES if you order after Jan 29,2015. cuz, I think the ecase changing means they move on your app.

I fround same situations, I check arround 24th Jan, they chaged to ip on Jan21th. nothing changed until now..still waiting, keep in touch with us if any update info

me2 same situations, actually, my ecase changed on Jan23-Jan24, not sure cuz I did not checked everyday,and it shows they processing on Jan 21th 2015....

I paid upfront, but I donot get my PPR until now, but I got a email on Jan 5th, cuz I asked them if they got my payment. They just simple reply that they got my money, and going to through process assessment.....

im the Feb application also, I understand that we cannot offer NOA when we submited the documents, cuz NOA will take i months to get notice. I just send NOA to CIC after I get it. I found that the checking list has been changed this year, they put T4&NOA as a CIC prefer documents, that why so...

As I know, there are some people have same situations, maybe they mix the systems....so just send them agian and mail the recipet just in case
