    when spp new rules are going to implement ...... is Canadian embassy receiving the study permit application(delhi or chandigarh,,india)?if no so when CHC wll start to receive application.

    jan intake in canada 1. i did b-tech{ECE} (76%) in july 2011, and 2. diploma{ECE}(72%) in 2008, 3. +2{arts }(67%) in 2005, 4. matric{75%} in 2003, 5.
