Hi friends! Just want to know if anyone has updates on how long it takes to receive the 2nd AOR after submitting full docs to the Manila VO. I have a friend who submitted back in September and up to now, wla padin 2nd AOR ... kinda weird. Thanks.

Hi there! I was just wondering..... I just reviewed the spreadsheet and I see a whole bunch of AOR received status there. How come there seems to be a delay in sending full docs to VO? We have just a handful. Why the delay?
