I really don't think that'a a big deal. It's just a mass update. They should already started to process your application. My ecas shows "We received your application for permanent residence on October 22, 2010. We started processing your application on October 13, 2011. Medical results...

I am also October 2010 applicant. Some of them already got PPR in this month. I think I am expecting PPR next month. Hope we can get PPR at same time.

my file transferred after ME done 4 months. I really don't think ME done means PPR soon.

The problem is that there is no excited news for October and November 2010 applicants. I bet they are not processing by DOR.
