After over two years of waiting, LA has finally broken their silence. My Ecas status changed to "decision made" yesterday. OMG! Wow! Unbelievable! I cant describe this feeling but I know now that the end is near and COPR is right around the corner.

Hello Thaliada, So I guess LA does update Ecas when they make a decision. I am also in canada as a visitor and waiting for COPR. I got PPR two months ago so hopefully I will get COPR soon. I hope the mailing time to canada isn't too slow.
