    CLB 9 and CLB 10 difference in points?

    Hi. Ultimate goal is to get yourself a canadian PR. I think your current score suffices that requirement. They wont care if its a 9 or 10 as long as you clear the cut off boundary. Get to the pool. May be you'll get ITA next round itself.
