If you don’t pass the interview and they reject your application, Do you think it’s possible to reapply to a peq-csq again with your tefaq results? Would they accept a new application?

Hey, I already took the tefaq and got my results back (C1 for both exams) :D I am ready to apply again but i am not sure if I should have a lawyer represent me on my application or if i should just do a normal application. My postgraduate work permit is expiring Dec5th so i need to decide asap.

I had a consultation appointment with a lawyer and she said we can reapply again. She told me to just take the Tefaq.

Hey! I applied for the CSQ- PEQ anf got called for an interview as well! I got a level 6.. so I am taking the TEFAQ in Mars to do another PEQ application. It is possible to apply again according to lawyers but unfortunately we have to pay for it again :(

To reapply for your PGWP there’s no need for a LMIA. Just update your passport and apply for it again. I applied for a PGWP extension in August and i got it a week ago. I have my MIDI interview next week. What type of questions do they usually ask? Also i got my B2 certificate from College Canada :/
