Did anyone have to re-do all the forms before the "Full Document" submission to the Visa Office, or is it alright if I just send the photocopies + cover letter of changes made + updates pages where updates were made?

I don't think it would hurt requesting for it now and submitting it along with the US FBI clearance. In my case, I got the US State police certificate faster than the US FBI police clearance. Depends from state to state maybe, you should check the state where you resided.
