Hi Bambooc, I don't think it is necessarily bad news. At least you know where you are and you may have a good chance to convince the VO in your interview. Be positive! I emailed my MP too. Hope I will find out more about our case soon. I guess we are likely in the interview queue as well.

Added. Hope you will get some helpful information from the MP and thanks in advance for sharing! I'm thinking about requesting ATIP also because we are a same-sex case and we are actually expecting an interview. I was hoping that we could get a hint about their concerns for potential interview.

My case was received mid-November 2014 too and nothing's happened since AOR2. The whole process seems even slower this month. I haven't heard any news about IP or interview in the past 2-3 weeks. :(

Could everyone please mark on the spreadsheet whether your case is originally a HK case or a BJ case? I know that all cases have been transferred to HK, but it seems that they do not process all cases at the same pace. By also reading other forums, I think now they are processing...
