Hurray! My husband got his passport back today with visa :) We waited nearly 2 months for his passport to come back... They took forever but I am so happy. God is so great!

I don't think the cic website is down, I just logged into my ecas with no problems

If you filled out the form saying that your lawyer is your representative then they will inform him first then he has to inform you. If you did not fill out this form then no they'll just contact you

And another question, When you guy's email the embassy do you use the case specific inquiry on the Canadian Pakistan High Commisson site or do you send an email through your own account sending ur inquiries to this address: islamabad-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca?

Amin, My husband sent his passport March 20th and we still haven't received it back yet and our ecas says decision made (changed 2 and a half weeks ago) so it will take time.

One question..... Knaeem Bhai or anyone... when my husband fills out the forms for ppr where it says "applicant" details and "spouse" details does my husband fill out both the spouse section and the applicant section or just the applicant section? Thanks!
