hey soop, i'm still waiting on my ppr. i am currently in canada on work permit.

Hey Soop, got my medical request may 17th did them on may 28th. I do not know when they reached ottawa but my e-case was updated on june 19th with "medicals have been received" status.

i've heard 5 weeks but again probably varies from case to case and officer to officer. It seemed like things were happening at LA now its all quite again. i got 'medicals have been received' status over a month now and still no ppr. >:(

Hello Shuhash, First off...Congrats. on getting PPR! second; When you say meds reached Ottawa June 11th, do you mean that your e-case status was updated to medicals received on June 11th or did you actually have your medicals tracked via your DMP and Ottawa received them on June 11th? Thank...

Hello All, Any updates for people following this thread? I cannot access my e-case, anyone else having this issue? I had my medicals done on May 28, 2012. Never got a call from the DMP, so assume everything was ok. What are the chances of rejection after medical?

Hey, sorry to hear about the -ve LMO. Is it possible to extend your stay as a visitor while you are still in the country? Since your PR is being processed under AEO i dont think the work permit should matter that much as long as you have status to be in the country. Hope this helps.

Hello Mirandaa and Marnest and everyone else, Just a quick update. I received my medical request forms in the mail today. They came in white envelope and no additional documents have been asked for at this time. So God willing my PPR comes just as quick as the medicals. Good luck to you all...

Hello mirandaa, Thank you for responding to my post. 3 months eh...Buffalo transferred my file to LA on April 12 2012. Dunno why it took them so long to put the file in process. Have you got your ppr yet? Where you asked to submit additional documents when your file got transferred?
