Sammy, you have a correct idea, the processing time is about 13 months or so. From what I understand, NDVO is still working on Oct 2013 apps. Majority (if not everyone) who have filed this year haven't even received their PPR yet! So its gonna be a while buddy... we all are in the same boat...

It's just a computer generated email, which pretty much everyone gets. They most likely haven't even touched your file yet, and have no way of knowing whats in there or not. Think of it as just an acknowledgement by NDVO that they have received your file, and nothing more. Just relax (did I just...

A PPR request will be the next step. But dont hold your breath.... it's gonna take some time... From what I understand, NDVO is still working on app from 2013. :o Just be patient. All the best!
