Can someone clarify this? Do I need to actually get a certified copy from my University or I can ask people who authorized (ie lawyer) to certify the degree copy?

So I just withdrew and re-created EE (since my previous profile was created in Feb) and my profile is now showing "Provincial Nominee Program Not Met". Does that mean I don't meet PNP criteria (My score is 407, qualified for both CEC and FSW) or it will only be updated...
Well the most bs thing is people with permanent job offer but not LMIA qualified won't get points. Like wtf we compete with Canadians and prove to employers that we have superior skills. LMIA requirement is like saying "Wow you are good but we need to first support our low skill lazy Canadians...
Question about LMIA and Recruitment and Advertisement requirements... basically if my employer receive any applications, he can just reject them and after 4 weeks he can start submit documents?
