I am not sure how long that took because I couldnt link the application online. However i submitted the PCC in June 2017.

quick update PR visa appears to have been issued on Oct 11/2017. Passport submitted October 13/2017 Returned October 19/2017 Family will be arriving next month. It is a blessing, hopefully the rest of April's applicants wll get the PPR soon.
