Try for a Masters indeed. If your profile is engineering, try looking for courses like MEngg. PG Diplomas are not bad, but then if you are actually into studying they are not worth it. They are good for those students who have long term goals like PR, Work permit and stuff.

They have a LPP, for 8 months. It is a LAW program. Also, they have Law and Business.

I can't suggest as I have ever been to one. FYI, this forum belongs to lawyers who specialize in immigration. You can contact them, then again, I can't give you any feedback for them as well.
