You do not need to take any fbi form with u..if u are getting it done at a police station..they have their own card..i sent it in and got my results..i believe somewhere it states on the website as well..it's up to u.

I went to a local police station and they had their own fingerprinting form. I then went online and printed out the fbi application form to send. It was very easy.

Will it be a bad idea to move down to my husband while my application (outland is in process)..sending application end of month..he wants me to be in canada by september ..i told him I do not know if that would be a good idea.

From what I was told, Daisy just does the paperwork, when I went in I dealt with medical assistants and some a Dr..I was told Daisy only works Wednesday and Fridays starting at 5pm.

it's great you got a whole lot of information..I emailed Daisy..two times now..hope she responds back, I want to send my application by end of the month..suck there are only two office in Texas that does this..will you fly right back or you will site see a little.

they have not..when i initially called in..they just told me to come in..when i got there..i was told they needed my passport number..so I had the test done..the next day I emailed them a copy of my passport..I was told they would have to make a file for me..however, I have not heard anything...
