I suppose TRV is almost impossible at this time since they may suspect it. Plus, she has never taken Schengen visa nor any valuable visas. So it reduces her chance of getting the visa for Canada.

Well, it seems to be emotionally hard and stressful for both of us to stay away for at least 2 years before I lodge the sponsorship application. What do u say if I renounce my PR and reapply for PR this time with my wife? Isnt it a faster way? Of course if i meet the requirements once again!

Amin Shahini: Thanks for the reply. I think you are right and they scrapped the initial PR card and gave me a new one in 2016, but the point is 1.shoudn't they have issued the PR card that expired in 2019? 2. If I go ro Canada this year, can I assume that I am safe without being reported?
