I am confused as to why my documents cant be processed without my RPRF as i was told it doesnt have to be paid until its requested. Drafts shpuld to made payable to the High Commission of Canada, there was an error with my draft so it was sent back.

If you have already paid the $550 processing fee then just check the box in your check list. You should have received a receipt # in your letter or email from CIO which you can refer to.

if you are referring to the landing fee ( $490) then i don't think that has to be paid until they request you to which is usually when they also request medicals. However persons have submitted it ahead of time along with their documents, so u can wait or submit ahead. Good luck :)
