send them an email on website as well as a paper letter. but u never know with nd. but u shud def try

u may get them back in Canada ... they do post em back to canadian address after scanning etc. if they look like copies of originals they keep them. u can always call n ask for them.

ppr to in process is very erratic ..... dont calculate acc to that. once u get in process, then u may start looking at statistics (given ur case is straight forward). mine i think 3 weeks from ppr to in process.

i would add 45 +/- 15 days to ur time taken ........ but that being said, it really depends what stage u r at .... if PPR has been sent then u might hear something soon. If u just filed for sponsorship, you will probably miss the march 31 deadline. and delhi will slow down .....
