I agree with you totally. Never had we imagined this much more trouble with applying inland....thought this would be a better choice. Big mistake.

Thanks for your response; I appreciate that. I do not have dental insurance here and have dental problem that requires treatment which could cost more than several thousand dollars here. If only I have a rough idea of when the landing interview would be, I could plan my trip...

Just curious, how long do you usually need to wait to speak with someone at the call center? I have tried several times before and only got to talk to an agent once (last year) and she gave me the wrong information....All other time my call was hung up due to high call volume.
