I can totally relate to your feelings! It's great that ecas says DM but there is no info or email to accompany. I am really in the dark. I hate this feeling.

Hi same here. They emailed last week re docs and passport but email came after we sent package which showed it was accepted and signed for. Sent a response email with info of who signed, date tracking # etc but no response. I sent another email again today asking for theit confirmation...just...

We did it ourselves. At first it looks overwhelming but the forms are easy to complete. The only part I found time consuming was gathering the proof. All the best with your application.

Belle my hubby receive email from kvo today directing him to dhl the requested docs. Had to send email response stating it was dhl the date, tracking # and the name of the person that signed for the package. Sharing this info in case you want to send them an email to confirm your delivery to...

It appears Belle Ginou, Marioo and myself are the last set that received verbal approval but are waiting on the call to pick-up the passports with the visas. Hope our call comes soon...praying to God. Keep the faith everyone and congratulations to those with their visas in hand!

Try and stay positive. You will get a call soon. The fact that they kept your visa is a good sign. Why don't you send them an email asking them to clarify the pre-arrival letter. Maybe in their response they will let you know the status of your file. At the least the email will get them to...
