I suggest you call them and see if they send medical request or nit also order gcms they might have sent to wrong address also I rrmnber user828 had gone to doctor and show them theletter and ask them if his mother can do remedical or not and doctors said yes she can so ask the doc near by you...

Don't worry they realized their mistake now so they are not requesting the passport upfront now till they r done it was for 2011 mass requests they did for medical and passports submit and then they went on strike and it endup biggrr mess so ppl like us here still waiting for news some have...

its the truth of this ugly process they have our passport with them for 2 years now.

what was the age of your brother when you sponser ? was he under 22 , if yes then you dont have to worry since his age is locked in age and type A depndent so they dont have to show fultime study but on safe side you can mentioned in the seprate letter that he was sick during this time and...

if you are under age 22 when sponcer sumbit the first form then you are ok they dont ask for it only one time you have to fill out when you submit the form if you were over age 22 at time of sponsership then they can ask this informations anytime ,whenever they want becuse you are type B...
