You guys aren't getting visas and my friend isn't getting a ticket to leave Canada. Looks like we get screwed one way or the other. You get a visa, you can't find a ticket. This pisses me off man. Why is it such a crime to try to go abroad from Pakistan.

If u didn't get co-op at uottawa doesnt mean u wont. If you have a gpa thats required for co-op you can always apply for it after 1 yr of uni. I didn't get it either but i'll get it if my gpa is good enough. Uottawa is far better than windsor in business and engineering.

If you applied for study permit after June 1st.. You will get your SIN number as soon as you land in Canada without applying for anything. If you applied before June 1st, you will need to wait 6 months before you can apply for SIN number and authorization to work off campus.
