Elevated blood sugar will not be a reason to get rejected. If that's true then no diabetic could qualify :) Ofcourse having said that your age and other vital body part checks matters in making a positive or negative decision.

Agreed that they didn't opened applications after the cap for a specific NOC was reached but while the cap was there not all applications that were opened got selected. They were rejected only after someone spend his/her time and deemed it as incomplete. Isn't it :) There is no word on rejection...

I too strongly feel that MR rain is not too far. As soon as it starts snowing in Ottawa the MR rain will start in Delhi ;D ;D ;D

My guess is that CIC took 6 months to do first level of screening where they dealt with thousands(probably hundred of thousands!!) applications and selected 2336 applications for various visa offices. This in itself is a big task for sure and definitely needs time. Next @VOs they will again...
