Even if you have quit the job, your employer cannot say NO to provide you with LOE. Your application is being reviewed based on your previous employer and employment duration so i think sending a LOE from new employer will not help. Best bet is to send new LOE from previous employer. Good Luck!

I got my second GCMS notes today... there is a concern in LOE from both of my Jobs... LOE doesnt have the company address on it :( :'( I will send updated LOE from both of my employers asap. Do you guys think i should mail and email them both? just to be on safe side? or just email is fine...

Usually its for 1 year from the date of issuance... My BOWP application was approved on 4th December 2014 and its valid till 4th December 2015.

Desperately Waiting!!! I haven't heard anything about my BOWP application too... Normally ppl get it in 2 weeks or so but i am having bad luck in this case too... Its been 21 days and no reply! :(

As far as I know... The Due Date in the GCMS notes is for the entire process to finish within 13 months and not just for getting MR. My GCMS notes stated NO concern by the VO in first review... regarding employment/salary/education etc. Still his/her recommendation was "REVIEW REQUIRED"...
