Today i recieved letter via ordinary mail from CHC confirming reciept of File...Matter contains usual..processing time 6-10 months.....to contact if we do not hear with in 6 months..meanwhile prepare for immegration AND reciept of processing fee. CB

it must b old application no. that system picks from dob and name...same was my case i had old ref no.... and its showed in process till last month...after which it suddenly disappeared......

my suggestion enter this client ID on application status page on CIC site..U can check ur status, if shows "In Process" that means ur application is through eligibility review ...and in Q for Next process at VO

I dont think so. If they have completed elegibility review up to aug then where r returned applications which failed elegibility review,usually it takes 7-10 days by ordinary post

Dear FMA, My case is very much authentic. All others should feel good incase their application is not returned - as it may be complete and gone for eligibility review. CB

I applied under NOC 1122. They have only checked completeness of the application. Eligibility review has not been done. They mentioned only date of birth as not a valid document. They returned the complete packet by ordinary post. They posted it on 16th & I received it on 23rd August.

I just received back my complete application. My application reached CIO on 9th August 2010 and they processed it on 13th August 2010. They have returned back my application indicating incompletion of my application. They are not accepting date of Birth mentioned on metric certificate. Please...
