Yes u r right....my Reply with Medicals proof and RPRF reached vo on 28th same as grasshopper....and my RPRF DD was encashed on 8th...but reciept date is 4th.....and Bankers cheque(Pay order) is almost cash...so IMO VO must have recieved other documents in time...hence decision made and VISA CB

DDs encashment is usually handled by assistents...and once it is encashed they issue reciept....how ever visa officer takes up case on BFD ...File can be opened earlier also if Visa officer is free(Qorax in BFD explained)...If on particular BFD all documents have been recieved by Visa Office and...

Hello Uzma, IMO...Case will be taken up on BFD..as lot of pending cases are there of pre 26/6 applicants..E cas status to- "Medicals Recieved" will happen only after BFD....AND ..E cas Status To "Decision Made" may happen day or two before u get PR CB
