What is the difference between temporary AOR and Permanent AOR?

What does it meant if the UCI starts in T and file number starts in E. I submited my HSW apps.last Sept.2021 online inland, and i received email last Nov.23 and Nov.24 but theres no T on my UCI and E in my file number. Now im waiting againg for my another update from Immigration.
