I replied the same email on the same date with my number as the subject...

my problem is that I sent email to this address as well 5 days after I sent them my resume, and ask for updates on my status and whether they have received my CV or not , but again no answer...

I have checked it thousand of times, it is correct and also I never received any failure..

I believe their system sent them an alarm on 14th day while they did not consider my previous emails due the large numbers of emails they received, so they withdrew my profile...

before this happened, it was always as submitted!!!

Guys, regarding my case, do you have any idea about the reconsideration process and timing? how long usually does it take to take action when you email them for reconsideration?

yes they did and I think it counts as rejected because in email it is mentioned they will refund me..

actually during all these weeks (from submitting on 19th july till yesterday) my status remained as SUBMITTED and never changed!! In the second email I sent them I even asked for an update on my status but ...
