I think your representative has already received ppr email, just double check with him on Monday. I know representatives they don't reply on weekends and holidays. Don't worry everything should be good.

You should apply for BOWP asap, bcoz right now bowp processing time is more than two months, around 65days. if u apply bowp in august then u will not be able to work without a valid work permit. To apply BOWP, u don't need any document from ur employer and its really easy to apply. :)
