mine is IT and no lawyer is handling my file. should I raise case specific query with IRCC or drop mail to HCC delhi ? ( could you please provide email address for the same). so far i didnt receive any other information from CIC.

No, I didn't do my biometrics yet and that's why i am confused that how did i get PPR from CIC. so was wondering if any one from here are same as me.

march19th application submitted march 23rd biometric collection letter couldn't give biometric as vfs were shutdown due to lockdown since then. May 27th medical passed Nov 4th received original passport request.

Hello Guys, I got the original passport request from CIC yesterday around evening time IST. application status is showing "your application was approved. you need to send us your passport to finalize your application." what should I do now? VAC are non functional and also I am still waiting to...
